Our Work
Three Careful Services
Each service is scoped clearly before work begins. We describe what will be done, share our assessment in writing, and proceed only with your agreement.

How We Approach Each Piece
Written Assessment First
Before anything is touched, we provide a written assessment of what is found. You receive this before any work begins, so there are no changes to the watch you did not agree to.
Photographic Records
We document the condition of your watch at each meaningful stage of service. For heirloom pieces, this record becomes part of the object's own history.
Calibre-Appropriate Lubrication
Older movements require lubricants chosen for their age and design, not a modern universal formula. We select materials suited to the calibre's original specification.
Clear Pricing, No Additions
Service prices are set before work begins. Any part that is outside the original scope — such as a worn case tube — is discussed separately and proceeds only with your agreement.
Honest Timelines
We give realistic timeframes for each service type and contact you if anything changes during the work. Heirloom calibre services typically take five to eight weeks.
Rooted in Yaowarat
Our workshop sits in Bangkok's historic jewellery quarter, where the trade in fine objects and the skills to care for them have been part of daily life for well over a century.

Bring Your Watch In for an Assessment
Whether the crown has become difficult to turn, the dial has aged in a way you would like addressed, or an heirloom piece has sat unworn for years — we are glad to take a look and share what we find, in writing, before any decision is made.
Frequently Asked
Questions About Our Process
Do I need to make an appointment to bring in a watch?
Walk-in visits are welcome during our opening hours. If you are travelling from outside Bangkok or carrying multiple pieces, we suggest contacting us beforehand so we can set aside the appropriate time for a proper assessment.
How long does a crown and stem renewal take?
Most crown and stem renewals are completed within a few working days, depending on parts availability. If the replacement crown needs to be sourced from a specialist supplier, we will give you an updated timeline in writing before the work proceeds.
Can you restore a dial without changing its aged character?
Yes. We distinguish between sympathetic work — careful surface cleaning that preserves the natural patina — and more substantive restoration such as refinishing hands or renewing lume. We present both options in writing after photographing the dial, and you choose the approach before we begin.
What is included in the heirloom calibre full service?
The service covers full movement disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication chosen for the calibre's age and design, replacement of out-of-tolerance parts where suitable spares can be located, gasket renewal, and final regulation across multiple positions. A photographic record of each meaningful stage is shared with you, along with the written service report on completion.
Will the price change once work has started?
The service price is agreed before any work begins. If something outside the original scope comes to light — for example, a worn case tube discovered during a crown service — we pause and discuss the additional work with you separately. Nothing beyond the agreed scope is undertaken without your written agreement.
Do you work on quartz watches as well as mechanical movements?
Our primary focus is on mechanical and automatic movements. For quartz pieces, we handle crown and stem work and dial assessments, but we recommend contacting us first to confirm whether your particular watch falls within our current scope.
